Magical Girl Abilities:
Healing: By placing her hand over an injury she is able to heal the injury completely. Can also bring someone back from death so long as there is 1) Is something to bring back and 2) Haven't been dead for more than five minutes.
This ability can work both without the transformation but in a more limited matter. Such as if someone dies the time frame is a lot less of a couple minutes. Healing wise, she can heal them to an extend, but not fully.
Seal Sealing: An ability that was given to her. It's exactly what it says on the tin, it give her the ability to pull a soul out of a body and seal it away to be used at a later date.
Weapon: Her weapon choice is that of a scalpel a instrument that usually a surgeon uses. Because she is not a fighting style magical girl, it doesn't do a heck of a lot of damage. At best it can cut flesh, but nothing special about it. However due to her turns as a magical girl, using more sadistic and cruel methods, this weapon ability will change over time, making her have a little more damage by accident.
History:
Nothing big happened to her in childhood. It was plain in was normal. Until she reached the age of eighteen and gained the ability of a magical girl. Passed down from her mother. At that time she knew what she wanted to do with her life; become a doctor and so she did. In between classes for both collage and medical school she would fight the forces of darkness along with her team of four.
Tayler herself was the healer, the one who would fix them up should they need it in battle. However at the age of 24 something tragic happened. All of her team mates were wiped put except her. Having passed the five minute limit before she was able to get to them she was unable to save them.
Sinking into the darkness and the feeling of being helpless, it was then that she was approached by someone, the people they were fighting and they gave her a method of bringing her dead team mates back. By giving her three viles, small enough that she could turn them into necklaces. Within the viles were her teammates souls. She was told that there may be a method to bring them back to life, that it was her job to find it.
Without even questioning what they wanted or anything, she went about working on that possibility. So four years and past and she had tried many a method, most of which were human experiments. Using the bodies of the dead and seeing if the souls would attach. Even going as far as to kill people in order to see if fresher was better. Each experiment was a failure and she was no closer to finding the answer. But that didn't stop her from trying.
When she did take peoples lives she always made sure to trap the soul, to continue to use for other experiments so she wouldn't have to use her friends for whatever she was going to to. At least not until she knew how to bring them back.
